* Learn to eat mindfully and initiate a permanent weight management plan which replaces habits which sabotage weight loss, to those which promote a healthier body. Mindless eating, overeating for stress, and evening eating are just a few of the habits which we will learn to replace with more effective behaviors. Major healthy eating goals include gaining energy while losing inches and the strategies to maintain your desired weight in pounds and shape in inches.
* An eating management plan which will establish a permanent way of:
. losing body fat
. losing inches
. increase physical energy and mental acuity
* An eating management which outlines how to:
. change mindless eating to mindful eating – calories count!
. replace non-successful eating habits with ones that promote weight loss
. practice moderation; not elimination
. replace wrong foods with right foods
. establish an aerobic exercise program 3-5 days per week for 45 – 60 minutes

* Weight Management component can be part of the Core and More© Program – for additional cost
* Weight Management can be done one on one with personal training or without – appointment based
* Weight Management can be done in a small group setting – (Monday evenings-6:00 pm)
