Class Description for“Yoga Blast” by Carol Stalder: for improved health and vitality!

Purpose: offer yoga stretches, pilates core strengthen
and ethnic cardio dances to improve all the muscle groups.
Goal: establish lifelong habit of exercise to keep
the body and mind in harmony.

3. 7 major pilates moves for strength
(knee,double,drop,XX,teaser, develop,0s)
4.United We Stand Routine
(front,sidekick,bk kick,over,fire,plie)
5.Abs Dance
(diamond up/down,cross,kickbk,squat press, slide kick)
6. Africa Around the World
(upup,step touch circles, 123 Kick,around the world)
7. Spanish Gypsy
(lunge ffs +, travelling, grapevine, repeater)
