Take …The First Step offers physical fitness programs which support the female and male participant who want a permanent plan of aerobic exercise which fits their lifestyle. We have aerobic programs which support walking, jogging, cardio walking, distance running, and integrative running programs for the triathlete.
Lynn Gray is also an accomplished author who has published the following books: Run Fit and Faster – 100 Workouts for Walkers and Runners, Cardio Walking For Weight Loss, and Conquering the Marathon. Lynn holds various seminars relating to permanent aerobic fitness for women. Corporations hire Lynn to train women and men for distance goals. Her seminars reflect not only a variety of ways to become fit, but teach the participant the “abc’s” of how to become fit. Her teaching reflects over 24 years of instructional experience with two “Teacher of the Year” awards from the Hillsborough County Public School System.
